摘要
目的观察2型糖尿病患者肺通气功能的变化及中药糖利平干预的效果。方法测定2型糖尿病患者90例(糖尿病组)与20例健康正常者(对照组)的肺通气功能,糖尿病组同时给予中药糖利平胶囊4粒,每日3次,疗程6个月。测定其治疗前后肺功能并检测糖化血红蛋白。结果90例患者中20例完成全疗程治疗,糖尿病组肺功能中VC、FVC、FEV1、MMF、V50均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。病程>10年组与<5年组糖尿病患者肺功能相比有显著下降;糖利平胶囊干预前后糖尿病患者肺功能VC、FVC、FEV1改善,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者存在肺通气功能障碍,并随着病程的延长逐渐下降。糖利平胶囊可以改善2型糖尿病患者的肺功能障碍。
Objective To observe the changes of pulmonary ventilation function and the therapeutic effect of Tangliping capsule in treating patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods The pulmonary ventilation function was detected and compared between 90 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 20 healthy subjects. Meanwhile 90 paients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were treated with Tangliping capsules,4 pills once,3 times a day with a treatment course of 6 months. The pulmonary ventilation function and glycosylated hemoglobin were detected in both groups. Results 20 of 90 patients completed the treatment course. The parameters of pulmonary ventilation function including VC,FVC,FEV1 ,MMF and V50 in diabetic patients were significantly lower than those in healthy subjects （ P 〈 0. 05）. The lung function of patients whose disease course was longer than 10 years was significantly decreased,as compared with those whose disease course was shorter than 5 years.The VC,FVC,FEV1 improved markedly through treated with Tangliping capsule, compared with those before treatment （ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion There exists functional impairment in pulmonary ventilation in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and the functional impairment would fall off along with the extension of disease course. Tangliping capsule can improve the damage of lung function of diabetic patients.
