摘要
在有基本工资保障的前提下，研究企业经济增长，劳资分配与雇佣就业之间关系的经济模型的微分对策．证明了该模型Ｎａｓｈ解和Ｐａｒｅｔｏ最优解的存在性，通过两种解的比较，说明若企业主与雇员之间失去合作，将导致低就业。
This paper examines a model of economic growth, distribution and employment formulated as a differential game under a fairly realistic assumption of employees with basic wages. The existence of Nash solution and Paretu optimal solution is demonstrated. Furthermore, by comparing the two solutions, we draw a conclusion that lower employment and slower development would be led to without co-operation between the employer and the employee.
