中小企业是技术创新的重要主体,高等院校是技术创新的源头活水,企校联合技术创新是现代高科技及市场经济发展的必然趋势。企校双方可以通过合作开发、资源共享、共同融资等诸多途径结成合作共同体,以促进中小企业技术创新。
Small and medium enterprises are the important constituents of technological innovation, higher educational institution are the source of technological innovation. The combination of enterprises with higher educational institutions to carry out technological innovation is the inevitable tendency of modern high sci-tech and market economy development. Enterprises can combine with higher educational institution by the collaborative development, source share, cooperative financing etc to accelerate the technological innovation for small and medium enterprises.
