更年期女性部分生化指标的变化及意义 被引量:7

摘要 目的了解女性更年期血清生化指标改变并探讨其代谢紊乱形成机制。方法检测并比较更年期和非更年期女性血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、谷氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)、淀粉酶(AMY)、γ-转肽酶(GGT)、总胆红素(T-Bil)、直接胆红素(D-Bil)、间接胆红素(I-Bil)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、葡萄糖(GLU)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(CHO)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(apoA1)、载脂蛋白B100(apoB100)、血清钾((K)、血清钠(Na)、血清氯(Cl)、血清钙(Ca)、血清磷(P)、尿素(Urea)、肌酐(Cre)、尿酸(UA)、总胆汁酸(TBA)等。结果更年期女性血清ALP,GLU,TG,CHO,apoB100显著高于非更年期(P<0.05,P<0.01),T-Bil,I-Bil,HDL-C,apoA1显著低于非更年期(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论更年期可导致女性部分生化指标异常;生化指标的检测有利于女性更年期健康的评价;早期干预和积极纠正更年期女性生化代谢紊乱可有效预防心、脑血管系统疾病的发生,提高生活质量。
