推进甘肃城市化进程必须以工业化为核心加快经济建设;以城镇化为并行措施缩小城乡差距,统筹城乡发展;通过大力发展特色产业,利用制度创新,走政府主导、利用市场加快小城镇建设、积极发展大中城市的道路。
Gansu＇ s urbanization has to change industrialization into the core to speed up the economic development, to reduce the disparity between the city and countryside by the parallel measure of countryside＇ s development. It is essential to speed up the development of countryside and the big or media-sized cities through the market system and the development of characteristic industry snd system innovation under the conduction of the government.
