摘要
提出了新的曲面数字化模型,该模型的精度控制准则消除了现有刀位点计算误差分析中的不可靠因素.基于该模型,提出了一个新的参数曲面数控加工刀位点生成方法。
A new model for parametric surface digitization is presented and the criterion to be used to control the accuracy is described. Based on this model, a new method of tool path generation for NC machining of parametric surfaces is developed. Different from currently used ones, this method makes it possible to obtain the cutter contact points by intersecting the digitized surface net with the section plane, and is found to be more reliable in accuracy control and the computation is of higher efficiency and flexibility.
