脂联素及其基因多态性在心血管疾病中的研究进展

摘要 脂联素（Adiponectin），又称脂肪富有基因转录单位1（APM1）、28ku凝胶结合蛋白（GBP28），30ku脂肪细胞补体相关蛋白（Acrp30，adipocyte complement related protein of 30），是由AMP1基因编码、脂肪细胞特异分泌的一种蛋白质，在人血浆中含量丰富，约占总血浆蛋白质的0．01％。脂联素基因位于染色体3q27区域，是2型糖尿病、代谢综合征和冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病）的易感位点。最近的研究发现，血浆脂联素水平下降与糖尿病、肥胖、心血管疾病密切相关，现就脂联素及其基因多态性在心血管疾病中的研究进展综述如下。
