摘要
探讨了原料液预处理、超声清洗和表面活性剂膜面表面改性三种强化措施对N-乙酰化超滤膜超滤过程中的浓差极化和膜污染的控制,结果表明:经过原料液真空抽滤和20-30W超声15min以及在非离子表面活性剂APE中浸泡10h的物理和化学清洗相结合的方式,可使膜在一个月内保持纯水渗透通量在5.6ml/(cm2.h)。
It was investigated that the effects of pretreatment of feed solution and ultrasonic cleaning and modification of membrane surface by surfactants on N-acylating chitosan (CS) ultrafiltration (UF) membrane fouling. The results showed the penetration flux of the membrane was 5.6ml/ (cm^2. h) in a month treated by the vacuum filtration of feed solution and cleaning 15 min by 20 - 30w ultrasonic and chemical modification by APE 10h.
