摘要
宝钢3号高炉通过对喷吹系统总管、分配器、支管等设备的改造,消除了阻碍喷煤比提高的瓶颈,使喷煤能力得到大幅度提高,工艺参数的设置更加合理。在喷煤系统能力得到提高的同时,系统操作参数的优化也使喷吹管线堵塞的次数大大减少,为高炉均喷、广喷创造了条件。高炉喷煤比的提高,取得了显著的经济效益。
Revamping of Baosteel' s No. 3 blast furnace with respect to main pipe, distributor and branches of injection system breaks through the bottleneck of achieving higher coal injection ratio, makes the injection capacity improved greatly and process data more reasonable. In turn, higher pulverized coal injection capacity and optimized operation data of the system also considerably lessen blockage of injection pipe and create preconditions for even and far injection effect, resulting in better economic benefit.
