摘要
通过品种筛选、破眠技术、育芽基质及营养液等的系统研究，认为在上海地区培育萝卜芽的萝卜品种可选用浙大长萝卜．该品种所有出的萝卜芽，子叶肥大，嫩茎雪白粗壮，辣味淡，商品性极佳．对于新采收的萝卜种子，通过低温处理可打破其休眠．以无纺布为有芽基质底膜，配合喷施适量的复合营养液，可在无土栽培条件下，进行优质萝卜芽的室内周年培育。
Some varieties of radish for sprout production, techniques of breaking dormancy and different Cultural media and nutritional solutions for producting radish sprouts were studied, the results showed that the radish variety'Zhejiang Long white ' is the best for production of radish sprouts. The treatment of low temperature can break the dormancy of new radish seed. nonwoven fabric is the best cultural medium for production of radish sprouts. meanwhile, through spraylng moderateIy multi nutrient solution, radish sprouts can be produced all the year round by means of soilless cultural techniques under indoor condition.
