摘要
运用遗传相关分析和通径分析的方法，研究了一个玉米６×６双列杂交系列中１５个组合的７个主要经济性状与单株籽粒产量间的关系。结果表明，所研究性状中千粒重、穗行数、穗粗、行粒数和出籽率等对籽粒产量有较大的正直接作用，并且以前两者最为重要。这表明在玉米育种中，通过对这些性状的改良，并协调好千粒重与穗行数等的关系，可望进一步提高玉米杂交种的产量。
The relationship between 7 main economic characters and yield per plant of 15 combinations from a set of 6×6 diallel cross were studied with genetic correlation analysis and path analysis.The results show that 1000 grain weight,rows per ear,ear diameter,kernels per row and kernel percentage have higher positive correlation with kernel yield and the first two are most important.This indicats that maize hybrid yield could be increased further by improving the above 5 characters and coordinating the relationship between 1000 grain weight and rows per ear in maize practice.
