摘要
目的:观察补通汤结合穴位按揉治疗糖尿病便秘的效果。方法:治疗组106例用补通汤配合穴位按揉、对照组96例用果导片和开塞露治疗,疗程均为4周。结果:总有效率治疗组98.1%,对照组90.6%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:补通汤结合穴位按揉治疗糖尿病便秘疗效显著。
Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect on Diabetic Constipation by Butong Decoction combined with the Acupuncture points Press. Method： 202 eases of Diabetic Constipation were randomly divided into two groups,106 eases were treated with the Butong Decoction Decoction and Acupuncture points Press as the treated group while 96 eases were treated with Guodao and Kaishelu as the control group. The therapeutic eoures in both groups was four weeks. Results：The total effective rate in treated group was 98.1% ,while that in the control group was 90.6% ,the difference between two groups was significant（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The side - effect rate in treated group was 8.5% ,while that in the control group was 21.9% ,the difference between two group was signifieant（P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect on Diabetic Constipation by Butong Decoction combined with the Acupuncture points Press in significant.
