摘要
目的比较割烙术和胬肉切除联合羊膜移植术对翼状胬肉的疗效。方法86例翼状胬肉患者随机分为A、B两组,A组53例行割烙术;B组33例行翼状胬肉切除联合羊膜移植术。术后随访6月到1年7个月,对两组患者术后翼状胬肉复发情况及角膜创面修复时间进行比较。结果A组53眼中6眼复发（11.32%）;B组33眼中4眼复发（12.12%）;两组比较差异无显著性（χ^2=0.0591,P=0.8079）;A组角膜上皮修复时间4-9天,平均7.09±1.72（天）,B组角膜上皮修复时间2-6天,平均4.27±1.31（天）。两组角膜上皮修复时间比较,差异有显著性（t=8.5969,P〈0.01）。结论两种手术方式术后复发率基本相同,角膜创面愈合时间B组短于A组。割烙术相对较经济、方便,手术时间短。
OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effects between the methods of ancient incised needle canterization and pterygium excision associated with amniotic membrane transplantation in the treatment of pterygium. METHODS Eighty - six patients were randomly divided into two groups：incised needle cauterization（group A, 53 cases） ;excision of pterygiym with amniotic membrane transplantation（group B, 33 cases）. All patients have been followed up for 6 - 19 months, then the recurrence rate and the repairing time of cornea epithelium were compared with two groups. RESULTS The recurrence rate was 11.32 % in group A（6 of 53 eyes）,12.12 % in group B（4 of 33 eyes）. The difference was not significant between group A and group B（ Х^2 = 0.0591, P = 0.8079） .The repairing time of cornea epithelium was 4 to 9 days（the average was 7.09± 1.72 days）in group A and 2 to 6 days（the average was 4.27±1.31 days） in group B. The difference was significant between two groups （ t = 8.5969, P 〈 0.01 ）. CONCLUSIONS The pterygium recurence rate of two therapies was basically the same. The repairing time of cornea epithelium of group B was shorter than that of group A. But comparatively, ancient incised needle cauterization is economical, convenient and won＇t take a long time in surgery.
