摘要
在国产引进型300 MW汽轮机低压挠性转子的现场振动试验中,发现当工作转速在3 000 r/min以下有类似于二阶振型的刚性摆动振型。通过对大量的试验数据进行分析,构建了一个带弹性支撑的低压转子支撑模型。针对该型式转子所产生的振动问题,结合理论和实践,找到了一个合适的动平衡相位角,从而快速判断并解决低压转子的振动问题。
We find a kind of rigid swing oscillation mode that resemble second-class oscillation mode inside 3 000 rpm in the vibration test of low pressure rotor of 300 MW turbine. Through the analysis of a lot of test data, we build the model of low pressure rotor of tenacity support. These type rotor produce much vibrate problem, then we combine theory and reality, find a rational kinetic equilibrium phase-angle error, when unbalanced weight lies on No3 bearing side, the phase angle error is about 30°, when unbalanced weight lies on No.4 bearing side, the phase angle error is about 180-210°.
