慢性心力衰竭的温热疗法 被引量:1

摘要 心力衰竭(心衰)是由各种原因引起的心功能低下、心排血量不能满足末梢组织需氧的一种状态,是所有心脏疾病终末期的表现。近年来发病机制进一步阐明,慢性心衰是由交感神经系统、肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统等显著亢进及血管舒张功能低下所致,逐渐被认为是与神经体液性因子和血管机能有复杂关联的综合征。作为健康人,温水浴、桑拿浴可以用来放松身心、解除疲劳,但对心衰患者来说是禁忌或不适合。作者10年前开展温热疗法,是在600C下进行远红外线恒低温干式桑拿浴且出浴后要安静、保温,使血管内皮功能改善,纠正神经体液性因子、交感神经系统等异常亢进导致的心脏恶性循环,改善心衰症状。该疗法能够广泛安全适用于轻度-重度心衰患者,是能提高包括医疗费效比在内的有效的心衰治疗手段。
