摘要
一些甘蔗糖厂安装使用蔗渣流态干燥设备后,出现了炉膛容易结焦的问题。本文:分析了结焦的原因,提出了用干法除尘设备将烟道气除尘后才用来干燥蔗渣的解决办法;对各类型干法除尘设备进行分析比较后,着重介绍了双级蜗旋除尘器的结构、工作原理、主要参数的选择和计算。
Cokiug problem arose in the boiler hearth in some cane sugar mills in the application of fluidized-bed equipment for bagasse drying.This paper analyzes its causes and suggests the use of a dry-type ash collector to remove the ash in the flue gas before the drying process.Comparisons of various types of ash collectors are made.The structure,operating principle of the two-stage cyclone ash collector as well as the choice and calculation of the main parameters are given.
