摘要
针对农村图书馆的现状作出分析、探讨,论述了在现行情况下,农村图书室应结合建设社会主义新农村,充分利用馆藏资源开展多种形式的农业信息服务,整合信息、科技服务,致力于农村的脱贫致富,同时与“共享工程”建设结合,实现资源共享,立法保障农村图书室的繁荣发展。
This paper has expounded the position of rural library, and discusses the developing route and rural library construction. To building rural library, we should combine with information resource sharing system and new so- cialist rural areas building. The Librarian must apply himself to collect information on science, technology and farming so that the reader can make good use of collection resource. The government should enact legislation to facilitate rural library development adequately. Assisting the poverty-stricken areas to shake offpoverty and become rich is an important way for China to build rural library,
