摘要
人才问题事关全局,是高校改革与发展的头等大事。高校之间的竞争,归根结底是人才的竞争。当前,尤其值得重视的是人才软环境建设,这是学校资源的重要组成部分,具有丰富的内涵。高校应强化软环境建设的具体措施,牢固树立以人为本的服务观,积极应对新形势下的劳动关系调整。
The talents job is the major event in university reform and development. The talents＇ competition is the key among universities. Presently, the construction of the soft environment for talents should be emphasized especially, for it is one important constituent of school resources. Universities should take specific measures to strengthen the soft environment construction to cope with the new situation work relations＇ adjustment.
