摘要
从分析发展青年教师入党工作存在问题的原因入手,进一步强调了加强青年教师入党积极分子的培养和党员发展工作的重要性和紧迫性,提出了高校进一步做好在青年教师中发展党员工作的具体措施。
By analysing the exist problem causes of the youth teachers joining the Party, this paper emphasized the importance and urgence of strengthening the work of cultivating actively youth teachers who want to join the Party and developing Party members. Also, it put forward some concrete measures of developing Party members in the youth teachers.
