摘要
营销人才的培养要适应营销环境变化和企业营销实践的需要,实施“校企联合培养模式”,以市场和就业为导向,本着“理论教学够用”的原则,强化实践教学环节,培养具有创新意识、创新能力和较强应用能力的营销人才,实现校企双赢。
The training of the marketing talents must adapt to the changed marketing environment and the needs of the enterprises' marketing practice, and it asks to carry out "the model for universities and enterprises to train the marketing talents jointly", which is guided by market and employment, enforces the practice teaching link in line with the principle of "enough theory teaching", trains the marketing talents with innovation consciousness, innovation ability, application ability, and gains the profit for both the universities and enterprises.
