摘要
目前国内外的筛管试验装置主要是对其材料或局部进行试验,难以评价筛管的整体性能,特别不适用于金属棉防砂管(简称优质筛管)。开发的优质筛管模拟试验装置能够对完整的筛管产品进行模拟试验。使用数据采集系统实时采集试验过程中的压力、流量数据,同时对筛管防砂后的流体采样,并进行粒度分析。根据试验结果分析筛管的防砂性能,并对比不同结构筛管的防砂性能,指导筛管研究开发及生产制造。
The paper introduces a kind of simulation test equipment of the mash screen. It is the first that can test the intact mash screen products in China. It can collect the pressure and the flow by DA （data acquisition） system during testing, also can sample and analysis the grain size of the flow after controlled sand. Evaluate the sand control performance of mash screen and contrast the sand control performance of different structure mash screen according to the test results. This can direct manufacturing and researching new mash products. It has been used in production successfully.
