摘要
目的了解湖南省少数民族地区中小学生预防接种知识,为提高少数民族地区中小学生预防接种率提供依据。方法采用知识、态度、行为(KAP)问卷,整群分层抽取湘西土家族苗族自治州、县6所中小学717名学生进行调查。结果3个年级学生预防接种知识主要来源于学校、家长;大部分学生有良好的预防接种行为。结论要加强对少数民族地区中小学生预防接种知识教育,采用多种形式宣传预防接种知识,以培养学生良好的健康行为。
Objective To understand the situation of knowledge, attitude and pratctice on vaccine in order to raise the vaccination rate in students in ethnic minority area of Western Hunan. Methods With stratified and clustered sampling method, the KAP questionnaire was used in 717 students in 6 schools of Tujia and Miao nationalities autonomous prefecture of western Hunan. Results The students have some knowledge about vaccine. The results of test showed the students in grade 2 of high school were much better than other students. The sources of knowledge on vaccine came from school and students＇ parents. There were good attitude and behavior in most students. Conclusion To enlarge students＇ knowledge on vaccine and to promote students＇ accepting injection on the initiative will play an important role in students＇ health.
