摘要
针对日益严峻的大学生就业问题,以构建和谐社会的独特视角,深入剖析就业困境的深层次原因,用以人为本的理念指导新时期的大学生就业工作,采取积极有效的对策,开源疏导、标本兼治,努力创造公平和谐的就业环境,对实现大学生充分就业和构建和谐社会具有重大而现实的意义。
In view of college students＇ increasing serious employment problems,the papers,which is in a unique perspective of building a harmonious society and in--depth analysis of the deep--seated reasons of the plight and guides the new period of employment of college students with the people--centered philosophy and also take active and effective measures to raise revenue guidance and make efforts to create a fair and harmonious working environment, is of great realistic significance for the students to achieve full employment and building a harmonious society.
