摘要
概述了近年来国内催化裂化(及其家族)装置轻柴油质量状况及存在的主要问题。该技术家族装置的干气中含有一定数量的氢气,用膜分离新技术将干气中氢气回收后,进行催化裂化(及其家族)装置轻柴油加氢精制,既解决了柴油质量问题,又节约了炼油厂(石油化工厂)的投资和能源。
The quality state and the existing problems of light diesel oil from domestic cataytic cracking insallation are briefly reviewed. The dry gas from these insallations contains a certain amount of hydrogen. The hydrogen recovering from dry gas by membrane separation process can be used for hydrorefining of light diesel oil from the same installation. It not only solves the quality problems of diesel oil, but also reduces the investment and consumption of energy.
