摘要
结合锅炉给水泵长期存在的平衡盘磨损严重而损坏转子轴的问题,通过对其平衡装置结构原理及原平衡盘存在的问题进行分析,提出相应的改进措施,以确保检修质量,提高运行周期,降低生产成本。
In this paper, the author analyzed the structure of balance device in boiler feed pump and its working principle aimed to find out the eauses resulting in balance disc seriously wear and rotor failure, put forward renovation measures to insure the quality of maintenanee, which increased the running life of the pump, redueed the produetion cost.
