E-Cadherin与妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤

摘要 钙粘附蛋白（cadherin）是一类介导细胞与细胞间相互粘附作用的钙依赖性跨膜糖蛋白,在维持细胞的极性、组织形态及信号传递中起着重要作用。cadherin主要分为分布于上皮组织中的E-cadherin（epithelia cadhe rin,E-cad）,分布于神经和肌肉组织中的N-cadherin和分布于胎盘组织中的,在内皮细胞表达的V-cadherin,在视网膜细胞表达的R-cadherin,
