摘要
以油田的实际施工条件作为选择实验方案的基础,以定量研究岩屑运移规律为目的,在自行设计的“水平井钻井液携屑模拟实验装置”上进行了钻井液携屑实验。研究了钻井液运移的诸因素,分析并评价了环空岩屑的运移形式,为建立岩屑运移理论模型提供了依据。试验表明:形成岩屑床的临界井斜角为40~50°。成床临界环空返速为0.8~1.0m/s。
At the high inclined angle section of a directional well, drill cuttings are easy to set on the lower side of the borehole, so its form and the law of cuttings transportation are far different from that of a vertical well. Based on the practical conditions, experiments of drilling fluid carrying cuttings for quantitatively studying the law of cutting transportion are made. The effect law on cutting transportion of such factors as inclined angle, drilling fluid rheolonic parameters, eccentricity and rotation speed of drill stem is studied, In order to provide the objective basis for establishing the theoretical model, the form and state of cutting transportion are analysed for forming cutting bed, the value range of limit velocity is 0.8 ̄1.0 m/s and the limit well angle is 40° ̄55°;the velocity and the effect of well cleaning are increased with the increase of the rotation speed of drill stem.
