摘要
针对大庆炼厂100×104t/aRFCCU使用的催化原料油,以不同配比,应用ZCM-7超稳剂在同轴式小型催化裂化试验装置上进行了不同操作条件下裂化试验。一方面考察了操作条件对原料裂化性能的影响,另一方面根据试验数据归纳出数学模型。这个模型以原料油的密度、残碳和折光率3参数关联得到反应指数RI,用RI表征原料裂化性能。
The cracking test on the laboratory pilot of orthoflow FCCU with different operating condtions and ZCM 7 catalyst has been achieved, the feedstock is useful to Daqing Refinery 100×10 4 t/a RFCCU. Under the influence of operating condition on cracking behavior of feedstock, the mathematical model is obtained according to the test data. The reaction index about residum carbon, refractive index, density of feedstock and its mathematical model are correlated. Reaction index are useful in estimating cracking behavior of feedstock, the optimal operating conditions about Daqing Refinery RFCCU are indicated.
