政策性农业保险的范围包括种植业和养殖业。政府对政策性农业保险的帮扶可以通过财政补贴、条件救济、立法支持等方式。政策性农业保险营销可以通过以下渠道进行:与农业经营管理部门相结合的渠道;与农村信用合作社相结合的渠道;与其他农村金融机构结合的渠道;与农机、农业技术推广部门相结合的渠道。
The scope of policy agricultural insurance covers farming and aquaculture. Government support on policy agricultural insurance can be done through fiscal subsidy to agricultural insurance, with-condition relief to support agricultural insurance and supportive legislation. Distribution of policy agricultural insurance can be carried out through the following channels： channels relating to agricultural operation management units, channels relating to rural credit cooperatives, channels relating to other types of rural financial services agencies, channels relating to agricultural machinery, agricultural technology popularization units, and rural individual agents.
