摘要
目的探讨内镜下经皮胃空肠造瘘术技术操作及护理体会。方法总结分析我院2006年7月—12月行PEG/PEJ术16例患者的临床资料,并与行经鼻留置胃管术对照组患者作比较研究。结果PEG/PEJ术后(1~13)天,观察组患者血红蛋白、血浆总蛋白明显高于对照组(P<0.05),各并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PEG/PEJ是一种操作简便快捷、安全可靠、实用有效的营养管放置术。术前、术中、术后细致的护理是保证PEG/PEJ成功及预防和减少并发症的关键。
Objective To explore the operating skill of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy(PEG) or percutaneous endoscopic jejunostomy(PEJ) and to discuss the nurse experience. Methods To analyze Clinical data for 16 patients underwent PEG/PEJ, then to compare with the patients of nasogastric tube feeding. Results: 1-13 days after the operation, the hemoglobin and serum protein of patients in the observation group' s are obviously higher than that of control group' s(P〈0.05) . The observation group' s complications are less than control group' s(P〈0.05) . Conclusion PEG/PEJ is a setting operation of nutrition tube which is operated simply and quickly, secure and reliable, practical and effective. Perfect nursing is the key to the prevention of the complications .
