摘要
分子电子学是近年来迅速发展起来的崭新学科,理论上的成功将必然导致新型的分子电子器件的产生,而LB膜技术已成为一种对广义分子电子器件进行组装的新技术。文中叙述了分子电子学的发展状况和LB技术在分子电子学中的应用。
Molecular electronics is one of the novel research fields developed rapidly in recent years and its theoretical successes will result in the production of molecular electronic devices,which can be assembled by using the LB (Langmuir Blodgett) film techniques.In this paper,the progress of molecular electronics and LB techniques are briefly reviewed,and their perspectives are discussed.
