摘要
目的:调查和分析南京地区75株鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性及β-内酰胺酶基因型。方法:用KB法测定临床分离的75株鲍曼不动杆菌对5种抗菌药物的耐药性,采用PCR法检测β-内酰胺酶耐药基因型。结果:75株鲍曼不动杆菌中对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦耐药率为8.0%,头孢吡肟和头孢他啶的耐药率分别为61.3%和64.0%,头孢唑啉和头孢呋辛钠的耐药率均在80%以上;PCR扩增后有43株菌检测到TEM型β-内酰胺酶基因,且均对头孢吡肟等抗生素耐药,3株为GES型,2株为VEB型,未检出CARB、DHA和PER基因。结论:南京地区鲍曼不动杆菌以TEM型为主,其对β-内酰胺类的高耐药率与TEM型基因有直接的关系。
Objective: To investigate and study the resistance and main genotypes of beta-lactamases of 75 strains Acinetobacter baumannii in Nanjing Region. Methods: Kirby-Bauer method was performed to detect the resistance to five kinds of antimicrobial agents against 75strains of Acinetobacter baumannii which were collected from clinic. Main genotypes of beta-lactamases were assayed by PCR. Results. Among:the 75 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii, the resistant rates to cefoperzone/shlbactam was 8.0%, the resistant rates to cefepine, ceftazidime were 61.3 % ,64.0%. The resistant rates to cefazohn, cefuroxime were more than 80%. TEM type beta-lactamases genes were positive in all of the 43 isolates tested which were the multiple-drug-resistant. GES type beta-lactamases were positive in 3 strain, VEB type were founded on 2 strain. CARB, DHA and PER type were not founded on all isolates tested. Conclusion: In Nanjing region, TEM type beta-lactamases was the main types of sistance of beta-lactamases antibiotces. Acinetobacter baumanniss, which was related to high-resistance of beta-lactamases antibiotces.
