摘要
从面向冲压工艺设计的角度，应用特征建模技术对板金零件的特征进行了分类，建立了相应的特征模型，并针对冲压工艺设计知识的特点，采用面向对象的框架结构描述冲压工艺设计知识，在此基础上，采用基于知识的特征映射及工位布置的方法，实现了智能化级进模条料排样。
In this paper,the feature technology in applied to the classifying and modelling of sheet metal parts for the design of stamping process.According to the characteristic of the knowledge of stamping process,the 0-0 Frame strcture is used to describe the knowledge.Based on these, the intelligent strip layout is implemented with the knowledge-based feature mapping and process planing.
