摘要
在市场经济条件下,对产业结构产生决定性作用的是市场需求结构,需求结构的变动将引导产业结构升级。当前我国产业结构失衡的主要原因是需求结构不合理:城乡收入差距扩大,城市收入分配结构不合理,城乡分割制度以及消费品供给制度的制约。为解决产业结构失衡状况,必须实现城乡经济社会一体化发展,提高农村人均收入;改革城市的消费品配给制,扩大居民私人消费领域;实施积极的消费政策;充分发挥市场机制的作用。
In the condition of market economy, the demand structure has the decisive effect on the industrial structure, and the alteration of demand structure will lead to the upgrading of the industrial structure. Currently, the main reason of our industrial structure＇ unbalance is the unreasonable of demand structure. The city and countryside＇s income gap expands, City pattern of income distrihution is unreasonable, and City and countryside is carved up as well as the restraint of the good supply＇s system. In order to solve these problems, we have to realize city and countryside＇s integration developing; Improve the rural area＇s average per capita income; reform the goods allotment system, enlarge the fields of personal consumption, put active consumption policy into practice, and give full scope to market mechanism.
