摘要
在描述和分析科技型动态联盟知识共享问题的基础上,建立了核心成员组织和其他相关组织的期望收益函数,将知识对称和知识不对称两种情形分别转化为优化模型,通过模型求解探讨了激励机制的设计,并依据研究结果提出对策建议。
Based on the description and analysis of science and technology dynamic alliance＇s knowledge sharing, This article has established the expectation income function of the core member organization and other correlated organization, afterwards separately transforms the symmetrical and asymmetrical information to the optimized model, finally has discussed the incentive mechanism design through the model solution, and put forward the countermeasure proposal based on the findings.
