光学谐振腔设计的几何作图方法及其应用

摘要 光学谐振腔的传播圆-变换圆的图解分析与设计方法具有简单,形象直观等优点,该方法在激光谐振腔设计和分析中有着重要的应用.利用传播圆图解设计方法分析和设计了几类主要的激光谐振腔:腔内含有单一热透镜的谐振腔,自适应热补偿谐振腔,V形固体激光腔,大功率高亮度固体激光腔,LD端泵浦的平直固体激光腔. Advantages of graphic analysis and design method of optical resonator using propagation-circle and transform-circle are simple, visualizable and intuitionistic. This method has important applications in the analysis and design of laser resonator. The analysis and design of several main kinds of laser resonators including resonator containing a thermal lens, thermal compensating and adaptive resonator,resonator of high power and high brightness solid state laser and LD pumped solid state laser with flat-flat cavity were made and described by using graphic analysis and design method.
