摘要
常规的涤粘弹力织物主要分经向弹力织物、纬向弹力织物和双向弹力织物。文中介绍了常规弹力织物的基本特点、织造设备和原料组成,给出了基本的加工方法和加工重点。通过分析不同染色方法及不同干热条件对氨纶回弹性的影响,表明平幅精练、缸内预缩及预定形是保证双弹织物加工质量的基础,而可控的坯布均匀收缩是保持织物平整和氨纶回弹性的关键。
Conventional polyester/rayon elastic fabric has three categories of warp-stretch, weft-stretch and two-stretch. This paper covers the basic characteristics, weaving machine, raw material, fundamental processing and key points in manufacturing of conventional polyester/rayon elastic fabric. Influences of different dyeing processes and heat setting conditions on elasticity of polyurethane are analyzed. Open width scouring, shrinking and presetting are the key factors exerting influence on fabric quality. Controlled shrinkage of grey fabric is very important for evenness of fabric and elastic retention of polyurethane fiber.
