摘要
民营经济已成为国民经济的重要组成部分,但资金短缺已经成为制约民营企业持续健康发展的“瓶颈”。在分析了民营企业融资难、创业投资介入民营企业发展的必要性和可行性以及创业投资对民营企业发展的促进作用的基础上,提出了民营企业吸引创业投资的应对策略。
Private economy has become an important part of China＇s national economy; however, the shortage of capital has turned into a bottleneck of its continuous healthful development. This article analyzed the financing difficulties of private enterprises, the necessity and feasibility of the involvement of venture capital, and its promotional role to the development of private enterprises, then put forward strategies of attracting venture capital investment.
