摘要
现代高等学校竞争不再单纯是规模与生源的竞争,最根本的是学科核心竞争力的竞争。如何提升高校学科核心竞争力是每所高校关注的焦点。本文针对高等农业院校的特征,提出学科核心竞争力的三要素结构,并对提升农业院校学科核心竞争力的内部途径和外部途径做出阐述。
The competition for modem higher learning institutions is no longer in terms of scale and student resource, the subject core competition is the most essential one. So how to enhance the subject core competition of the itself, is the focus of every university. This paper aims at the characteristics of agricultural universities, bringing forward the three-factor theory for subject core competition and expatiating on the internal and external approach for enhancement of the subject core competition for agricultural universities.
