摘要
笔者针对制氢装置急冷水泵汽蚀现象,从装置生产实际入手,全面分析了泵产生汽蚀的原因。同生产实际情况相结合,从多个方面提出不同的处理方案,并对各个方案的优缺点及可行性进行了论证,通过优选,选择比较合理的方案,即不停工又避免了泵汽蚀现象的发生,保证装置长周期运行。
In allusion to the cavitation of chilling water pump,this article analyzes the causes of cavitation of chill ing water pump from working principle.According to opera- tion practice,the author puts forward several methods to avoid cavitation.And the most reasonable one is selected to avoid the shutdown of equipment and the cavitation.
