摘要
生产性服务业对空间布局产生不均衡的影响,有利的区位模式可以促进生产性服务业的增长并造就全球城市的产生和生产性服务的全球扩张。随着中国市场开放度的提高,众多跨国公司纷纷进入我国。在跨国公司扩散效应的影响下,我国生产性服务得到蓬勃发展,其区位模式选择对原有的城市空间结构和产业布局产生了深远影响。文章在相关理论回顾的基础上,从集聚和扩散两方面对国内外生产性服务业的区位选择模式进行对比,进而提出我国生产性服务业区位发展的策略建议。
The productive service sector has an unbalanced impact on the overall arrangement of space. A favorable location mode may promote the growth of productive service sector, and may cause the birth of global cities and the global expansion of productive services. With the opening of Chinese market, MNCs have entered our country one after another. Under the influence of MNCs＇ diffusion effect, our productive services are growing vigorously, and as a result, it location mode selection has exerted a far-reaching influence over the original urban structure and industrial layout. This paper, based on the review of the relevant theories, compares the different location selection modes of domestic and foreign productive services from the two aspects of gathering and spreading, and then proposes the tactical suggestions for the development of Chinese productive services.
