太阳棒针翅管的传热模型及数值解 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了Sunrod太阳棒针翅管在沿针翅长为变传热膜系数情况下的针翅温度场理论分析、数值法求解以及试验研究。理论分析既便于工程应用,又具有通用性,也适用于通常的无相变销钉长为5~8mm的钉头管。以沿针翅长沸腾介质为变传热膜系数的池沸腾传热为例,进行了试验、实测和实例计算,两者相符,且其强化传热比光管提高了1.23~1. In this paper,the temperature gradient contribution along finned wall of sunrod tube with various heat transfer coefficient is set up theoretically,and comparision of calculated values and test datas are made.Until now there is no documentary solution because of its complexes,herein theoretical analization can be used in engineering practice with common suitability and moreover be suitable for pin tube of pinned length s=8 mm in general changed phase.In this study,esperiments of boiling heat transfer in various heat transfer coefficient is made for an example,conclusion is obtained that theory values give good fit with the test datas,and that sunrod tube can used enhancing heat transfer by 1.23~1.75 compared with smooth tube.
