摘要
本文从多方面论述了“三资”企业质量管理工作的特点，指出了“三资”企业质量管理和产品质量水平普遍较高的主要原因，认为只有加快从传统的计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济制的过渡，加速推行现代企业制度，才能从根本上保证企业质量管理工作的有效开展。
The artiele discusses the characteristic of quality mangement in Chinese -foreign joint ventures.It points out the main reasons that the levels of qualitymanagement and products quality are high in these enterprises.The authers think that onlyspeed up the transition from traditional planned economy to socialist market-oriented economy,and speed up pursueing modern enterprises ststems,can we assure the effective performance of quality managementin enterprises at base.
