幼儿复发性呼吸道乳头状瘤药物治疗

摘要 幼儿复发性呼吸道乳头状瘤是幼儿头颈部最常见的良性肿瘤,它具有高度的复发性及侵袭性,各方面的研究表明它是由于人类乳头状瘤病毒感染引起。目前对于本病的治疗临床上仍主要依靠反复手术切除病变,但辅助药物的治疗也在广泛地开展,多种药物进行了动物实验和小范围的临床试验,初步检测了安全及可靠性。在这方面也有大量的此类报道,其中主要包括西多福韦,干扰素α-2a,3-甲基吲哚/二吲哚甲烷,维甲酸,HPV6b L1病毒样颗粒疫苗,腮腺炎疫苗,HspE7疫苗,H2受体阻滞剂,5-氟脲嘧啶（5-FU）及个别报道以中药作为辅助性药物等。本文对此作一综述。
