摘要
目的探讨护士长加强护理安全管理的工作重点。方法将新人、新物、新业务、新规定作为护士长在安全管理工作中的重点内容,强调预见性管理。结果有利于优化护理服务,提高护理安全。结论重视"四新要素"的管理,可防范护理差错事故的发生。
Objective To explore the focus of head nurse in nursing safety management. Methods The head nurse took new person, new things,new techniques and new regulations as the focuses in nursing safety management, as well as paid close attention to foreseeing management. Results This practice was beneficial to improve the quality of nursing and enhance nursing safety. Conclusion Focusing on the management of ＂ four new elements＂ can prevent nursing errors and mistakes.
