摘要
本文介绍了用气相色谱法分析沼气中的甲烷,采用2m×4mm,2％阿匹松L/Al_2O_3(60～80目)(或5A分子筛60～80目)色谱柱;;80℃(或50℃)柱温;氢火焰离子化检测器(或热导池检测器),测定甲烷含量。对色谱柱的制备,作了详细说明。同时,对上述两种检测器进行了比较,认为,热导更适于在农村推广使用。
This paper introduces the gas chromatographic method for analyzing the methane content in marsh gas.A 2mx4mm column containing 2% Apiezon grease Lon 60 to 80 mesh activated alumina (or 5A molecular sieve/60 to 80 mesh ) at 80℃ (or 50℃ ) with a H-flame ion-ization detector (FID) (or thermal conductivity detector TCD) was used. The preparation of the chromatographic column was minutely illustrated.
