摘要
用羟烷基化法合成一种新型的改性胺,用它与改性醚及适量填料配合,研制一种结构柔韧的环氧树脂灌封隔热材料。该材料玻璃化转变温度低、热导率小、热分解温度较高、抗开裂及耐老化性能优良,在红外辐射器上作隔热层使用获得成功。
A new modified amine was synthesized by hydroxyalkylation. An epoxy pottingheat-insulating material with tough structure cured by mixture of the modified amine, modifiedeather and modorate fillers was investigated. This material posesses a low glass transition temperature, small thermal conductivity, high thermolysis temperature, excellent chapping-resistant andaging-resistant properties- It is successfully used as the heat insulation in the infrared radiator.
