摘要 介绍了目前通过模式植物拟南芥的研究,对胚胎时期胚根的起源、侧根的起源以及原后根的生长发育等问题一些有意义的研究成果,阐述了根结构与发育的控制机制,指出位置信息、静止中心、基因在根生长发育中的作用和影响。分析了根的结构与根端分生组织的关系。
