摘要
围绕有利于医疗机构实现服务目标、塑造良好形象、满足人民群众健康利益、医疗机构成员的发展及建立和谐医患关系五个方面阐明了开展医德全员教育的现实价值，并提出了具体的操作措施：统一思想，提升医德教育意识；分门别类。细化医德教育的准则；目的明确，注重医德教育实效；持之以恒，建立长效教育机制。
This paper expounds on the practical value of conducting medical moral education to the whole staff from five aspects： helping medical institutions to achieve their objectives, creating a favorable image, satisfying the people＇s health needs, developing medical personnel, and establishing a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. This paper also brings up concrete operational measures： seeking unity of ideas and enhancing the consciousness of medicine moral education, specifying the criterion of medical moral education, paying attention to the results of medicine moral education, and establishing a long-term educational mechanism.
