摘要
提出了一种基于图像纹理特征的不平等比特分配策略的码率控制算法。根据纹理特征将每帧图像划分成三大区域,对每个区域采用不同的比特分配权重,对纹理复杂的区域分配更多的比特数,对纹理简单的区域分配更少的比特数。在JM9.6上进行的仿真结果表明,在不影响平均码率的前提下该算法可以使图像编码质量得到0.05dB~0.13dB的提高,并且码率也得到了一定的平滑。
By introducing the unequal bit allocation based on the texture character of image,we propose a new rate control method.According to the texture character,every image is partitioned into 3 different areas.More bits are allocated for the complex area and less for simple area.Experimental results based on JM9.6 have shown that the method not only can achieve the PSNR gain by 0.05 dB-0.13 dB,but also can smooth the rate considerably.
